These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of poolwranglersfl.com (the "Site"), operated by Pool Wranglers. By using the Site or submitting a quote request through it, you agree to these Terms.

Our Service

Pool Wranglers provides weekly pool cleaning and maintenance, and pool equipment repair and installation, exclusively for Babcock Ranch, FL. We do not serve any other community.

The Site Is Informational — Not a Booking System

Submitting the quote request form tells us you're interested in service and gives us what we need to follow up — it is not a confirmed appointment or contract for service. Scheduling, pricing, and the scope of any work are confirmed directly between you and us by phone or text before service begins.

Quotes and Pricing

The monthly service plan prices published on our pricing page apply to standard residential pools. Larger pools, pools without a screened enclosure, or pools with unusual features or conditions, may be priced differently — if that applies to your pool, we'll tell you before your first visit rather than after.

Repair and one-time work is quoted differently: we diagnose the problem first, then give you an upfront flat rate to approve before any work is performed. Any figure discussed before we've seen your equipment in person is an estimate only.

Acceptable Use

Please use the Site and its quote request form for genuine inquiries about our services. Don't use the Site to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Intellectual Property

The content, branding, and design of this Site belong to Pool Wranglers and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

No Warranty on Site Content

We work to keep the information on this Site accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it's free of errors. Details about our services are provided for general informational purposes and are confirmed directly with you before any work begins.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pool Wranglers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit any separate agreement or warranty we provide in connection with services actually performed at your property.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
